The world of Harry Potter is one with many fans, but as with any story, there are some characters that some fans prefer over others. On the other hand, there are those we seem to enjoy not liking; we don’t exactly agree with all of their words and actions, but they help make books, films and TV shows super exciting.
Today, everyone who is here will need to pick or pass on characters from Harry Potter. There is no wrong answer - Opinions just need to be given on these witches, wizards, students, professors, and creatures.
Okay, so that is the first part of this quiz, which is pretty easy and basic and which leads to the second part, which is even bigger and better...
See, another important aspect about this magical universe is the different houses at Hogwarts: There are brave Gryffindors, witty Ravenclaws, quirky Hufflepuffs and sneaky Slytherins… but which house would all of us really and truly be sorted into, if given the chance?

Pick or pass on Harry Potter?
We are starting with the star of it all - Mr. Harry Potter himself. He is the main character in the books and films, so fans have followed him from learning he was magical at all to finally going up against He Who Must Not Be Named and living to tell the tale, again. Harry is presented as a smart, brave, kind guy, but we are sure that are people who don’t actually like him, for whatever reason. Either way, it is time to either pick him or pass on over him!
Pick or pass on Hermione Granger?
Next up is the brightest witch of her age, Hermione Granger. She can have a know-it-all attitude, but that is because she is filled with knowledge and loves sharing it with others. She is also another genuinely decent human being, who would do anything for her loved ones. This character fell in love with Ron, too, and he is the next character listed! But first… Just think about this heroine, and give us an answer when it comes to picking or passing.
Pick or pass on Ron Weasley?
Alright, here is Ron Weasley, with his iconic red hair and a freaked-out face, which is not unusual for this character but which is not the whole story; Ron is actually also quite brave, and he helped get everyone that happy ending. Albus Dumbledore served as the headmaster at Hogwarts for years and years. He was one of those larger-than-life people, with so much wisdom yet also with a fun personality that added even more interest. Many times, he was there to guide Harry Potter and the other students around him… but we know that not everyone was a fan of his. Severus Snape was one of the most complex characters in this story. At first, he just seemed like a bad guy who had it out for the main characters. As time went on, though, we all learned some truths; he had been in love with Lily Potter, he was playing both sides, and he was there to protect Harry. His last scene still lingers over some sad fans, but we suppose there could be those who were actually glad to see him go!

Sirius Black had kind of a similar story, since he was first introduced in relation to Azkaban. Of course, he turned out to be Harry’s godfather, since he was so close to Harry’s parents, James and Lily. He could also turn into a dog, which was pretty neat. Rubeus Hagrid is a big ol’ guy who can be a bit clumsy and oafish at times, but he may be the sweetest character out of all of the ones from this story! As fans know, Harry Potter had to live with his aunt, uncle and cousin, Dudley Dursley. This character was presented in a selfish, mean way that made many people really not like him. However, everyone has their own thoughts and opinions, so we are sure that there will be a couple of picks clicked on this question. Hogwarts is a school that needs teachers and staff members making it run. Some of these people had bigger roles in this story than others, and some of them just popped up now and then… people like Argus Filch. He never seemed to be a real fan of kids at all, but he had a cat, so it seems like there was niceness down in there! Also during the TriWizard Tournament, people got to meet Viktor Krum, another handsome and attractive young man. When reading about these characters, fans can make up their own images, but when watching the flicks, the casting decisions take over. We know that not everyone was as into Krum as some of his fellow characters were, but he still has followers out there! The last character to think about today is Lord Voldemort. On one hand, he was powerful and smart and daring, which helped him get ahead in his game. On the other hand, though, he was against Harry Potter, he was the bad guy, and he was defeated in the end. Nymphadora Tonks was a Metamorphmagus, she trained to be an Auror at the Ministry of Magic, she was part of the Order of the Phoenix, and she had a son - Teddy - with her husband, Remus Lupin (and Harry is Teddy’s godfather, which is sweet). There are several children within the Weasley family, including the twins. These guys were always up to no good at Hogwarts, as they enjoy pranks, jokes, candy and playful behavior. Yes, the other twin is George, who is just as playful as Fred ever was.
