Welcome all movie fans! Today we are going to be taking the time to appreciate some of the films that have been released in recent years. It is only natural for us each to have our own specific taste in movies, so we have included all kinds of different films in this quiz. We have comedies, romance, action and thrillers. The best of the best! We want to know how everyone here felt about each of them! Since these films all come from different genres, this quiz is really for the people who have watched it all. We are talking bonafide movie critics over here.

Does anyone here consider themselves to be an expert in cinema? Well, it is time to prove it! We have seen a lot of Spider-Man over the years. We have in fact seen multiple different Spider-Men in recent history. However, this is our first really good look at Spidey's number one villain, Venom. While we have seen him appear in previous films, this one was his first stand-alone feature. However, on the day they brought a strange creature into the lab, Elisa's head was full of all kinds of questions. While she would never be able to explain it, she felt a connection to the creature. She knew she had to do whatever she could to free it.

When the rest of Mark's crew left Mars, they assumed Mark had been lost in the storm that had forced them off the planet. However, Mark survived. When he woke up, he found that he was completely alone on the waterless planet. Not sure what to do, he started making small plans. Each day he would try to accomplish something new. Water and food were naturally his main priority. If anyone was going to be able to survive this kind of thing, it was Mark Watney.

Everyone has a different idea about how the world will end. Before this film, nobody was thinking aliens. However, after the chilling events in this movie, it is hard to think about anything else. In this film, the world as we know it has been taken over by aliens with supernatural hearing abilities. As soon as they hear you, they come for you. While the aliens have brought an end to almost all life of Earth, there is one family who has stayed quiet.

We have reached a point in time, where just about everyone has been touched by cancer in some form or another. Hazel Grace has been battling the disease since she was just a young kid. Having lost almost all hope, Hazel's mother finally forced her into attending a support group meeting with kids her age. While she did not go with high expectations, after meeting Gus, she knew she had made the right decision. How did everyone feel about this one?

Who doesn't enjoy a fun game from time to time? While there is nothing wrong with being a little competitive, this couple takes things to a whole new level. They find a way to make a contest out of everything they do. Hey, at least they have found each other, right? During one of their weekly game nights, things start to get a little out of hand. They soon find themselves on a wild goose chase, and not one that is particularly fun either ...

All of these things posed a great threat to the aging Elizabeth. How did everyone here feel about this period piece?

Neither Jim nor Aurora were happy with the lives they had decided to leave behind when they first boarded the ship destined for a new planet. Earth was becoming less livale every year, so they figured they had nothing to lose. They were supposed to be put into an artificial sleep for 100 years, where they would not age even a day. It was really an excellent plan, but when they woke 90 years too early, they quickly realized how doomed they truly were.

However, as they tend to do, the times began changing right before his eyes. Women were now showing up in the workplace, and he had trouble dealing with this. He reached his boiling point when a woman was cast as his co-anchor. Was this comedy a favorite of anyone's? Pick or pass?

Some may not be aware of it, but there is actually a massive community of people who spend their entire lives grooming dogs to compete in the Mayflower Dog Show. This show is the biggest event of the year in the dog world, so naturally the stakes can get pretty high. While every dog wants the crown for themselves, their humans want it even more. Tensions are high, and the competition is on! Are we picking or passing on this one?
