The Simpsons is one of, if not the most iconic show to ever hit our lounge room TV screens. Now into its 30th season (which is an incredibly long lifespan that deserves to be applauded), Matt Groening continues to provide viewers with witty entertainment.

But he's actually a lot smarter than many people realise - as told by Simpsons.fandom, “he achieved a doctorate in Computer Science by designing the world's first tic-tac-toe program that only the top human players could beat (which was [beaten] by Bart years later).
